Sonos is looking to hire a key account manager to lead and grow our Audio Video Specialty channel (AVS) in the US. AVS presents one of our most entrepreneurial opportunities as the channel is made up of 15 specialty retailers with diverse business models and value propositions to our customer. The channel provides some of the most premium retail experiences we have to offer in the US market.
The key account manager is responsible for setting the channel strategy with the right programs and focus areas to deliver sustainable profitable growth. This individual will be the central leader of the channel, and coordinate activities and execution with cross functional support to ensure business objectives are delivered with precision on a quarterly and annual basis.
Given the dynamic and constantly evolving nature of retail, the AVS key account manager will also own the new distribution strategy for the US. This involves leveraging our channel strategy framework to evaluate and occasionally operationalize new partners that can help Sonos achieve our brand and business goals.
This role can be done from home. Building the world’s leading sound experience starts with the experience we provide for our people. That’s why we’ve been distributed from the start: initially between offices in Boston & Santa Barbara, and now with additional offices in Seattle and San Francisco. This role can be done from anywhere in the United States – any of our offices, or remotely from home. It’s about impact, not location.

At Sonos we consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, which may lead individual compensation to vary depending on job related qualifications, skills, and experience. All full time employees are eligible for merit increases, discretionary bonuses, and equity. Our job postings may span more than one career level and the base pay range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions. The starting base pay for this role for all US candidates is between:
$129,000 and $142,900
