The Role:
Our business is people doing solar – and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to join our team! Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and Development, this newly created role will be accountable for maximising our talent attraction strategy, and focus on international talent acquisition – finding, recruiting and hiring the most talented people to join our high calibre, diverse team of professionals, building a bright future together. Working closely with the Talent Development Manager, wider People and Communications team and hiring managers across the business, the successful candidate will optimise our talent attraction and acquisition strategy, plans, processes and delivery, both in our existing and new geographies.
With a creative approach to talent attraction, the TA Manager will continuously optimise the candidate experience, enhance our Employer Brand and continue our initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive work environment. They will deliver a sustainable talent acquisition strategy, proactively develop talent pools and fill open roles in each of our geographies. They will benefit from the existing team being strong ambassadors, plus access Linkedin and recruitment marketing tools to source and find candidates for open positions, manage job descriptions and build relationships with select recruitment agency partners. The TA Manager will develop an ATS, maintain the HRIS, design, plan and execute selection processes (screening, conducting interviews and administering psychometric tests) and use their attention to detail and analytical approach to create KPI reports and market intelligence reports. This new role would suit a candidate with a demonstrable track record of success within an agency or in-house background, excited about renewable energy and passionate about delivering an exceptional employee journey, underpinning the company’s growth by working with team members across all our geographies to find the best talent to join our growing team in a time and cost efficient way.
Desirable skills:
– Experience in talent attraction or acquisition, with knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
– Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychometric tests) and using a HRIS, recruitment marketing tools, job boards and social media.
– A structured analytical thinker and a spark of creativity, with a relevant degree and/or professional qualification (e.g. human resources, psychology, business or similar field)
– Excellent communication and relationship management skills, a competent Microsoft Office suite user and a collaborative team player
– Fluent written and spoken English, and additional languages (Spanish, Italian, French, German) would be advantageous.
