The Membership Coordinator will be responsible for managing all of the administrative duties for the online membership program. The primary focus of this position is to provide a high level of customer service to members by keeping them informed about their account and subscription status, ensuring that renewal payments are paid on time and responding to any questions or concerns in a timely manner. The Membership Coordinator will also be responsible for working with a variety of internal and external contacts to ensure that all programs continue to run smoothly.
