Soni Resources is partnering with an Asset Management Company seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator! The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist with sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, drafting offer letters, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This Talent Acquisition Coordinator will also be the liaison with business groups regarding internal candidates and assist with the referral process.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Generate offer letters
  • Assist with sourcing candidates, review resumes for screenings

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ related experience
  • Experience with Taleo ATS and Oracle HRIS or experience with a fully integrated ATS
  • Scheduling in Outlook

Preferred Skills:

  • Financial Services industry such as terminology and sourcing for finance industry specific candidates strongly preferred
  • General understanding of working with agency relationships and online postings preferred

Compensation: $30 – $35/Hour
