About this Role

The Logistics Coordinator is pivotal in overseeing and facilitating the flow in our company’s supply chain operations, with the primary goal of ensuring the timely, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of goods.

This role is central to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. A critical aspect of this position is the importance of proactive communication and transparency with all stakeholders, especially customer-facing teams, to preemptively address issues and avoid surprises.

The Logistics Coordinator is expected to adopt a proactive approach in managing shipments, solving problems, and engaging in continuous improvement of our logistics processes to uphold and exceed our service standards.

This role will be based at our Headquarters in San Clemente, CA and will require travel to our Warehouse in Fontana, CA.

Requirements : Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate all aspects of shipment, including documentation, booking, and tracking, for both domestic and international freight.
• Regularly communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure shipment accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize and maintain logistics software and databases for ing and decision-making purposes.
• Analyze shipment data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably with international shipping.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or similar ing tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles, incoterms, and HTS codes is advantageous.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a customer-centric mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.

The Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in our logistics department, working closely with our Inside Sales team, our Operations team, and Shipping Coordinator to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and growth of our logistics operations, with a focus on leveraging technology and data analytics for strategic decision-making.
