We believe that the role of our front end Patient Care Administrator is crucial in creating the warm, inviting, and informative experience our patients deserve. This will be a full-time position until the end of May 2023 and then be a permanent part-time position.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is passionate about skincare, has experience in the beauty industry or aesthetics, and enjoys connecting with people. As the first point of contact for our patients, the Patient Care Administrator will play a key role in educating them on our skincare treatments and guiding them towards their aesthetic and skin health goals.
This position offers a comprehensive and thorough orientation and training period, followed by many opportunities professional development. We value our employees and provide extensive education and resources to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
The successful candidate will have strong administrative and customer service skills, with a warm and friendly demeanor. Salary for this role is commensurate with experience.
This position is located at our Kamloops location in the Landmark Building across from Thompson Rivers University and has three treatment rooms. We provide non-surgical anti-aging solutions that include medical-grade skincare, laser treatments, injectables, body contouring as well as skin cancer care, and dermatologic solutions.

Dr. Lotay is a leader, teacher, mother, and physician with over twenty years of experience in medical aesthetics. Dr. Lotay values self-motivated individuals with a passion for skin health and customer service, a thirst for knowledge, and the pursuit of excellence.
Qualifications:
● Minimum 2 years of experience in the aesthetics or beauty industry. Experience in customer service excellence.
● A passion for continuing education. A desire to increase your understanding of skin health, products, and treatments.
● Self-motivated. For example, when times are slow you are able to see the bigger picture and help out where needed or anticipate future needs and see to them.
● Coachable, you are willing to give and receive regular feedback. You are curious and ask questions in order to grow your skill set.
● Confident with computer and technical skills. You are quick to adapt and learn new software, proficient in G suite, and type with some speed and accuracy.
● Ability to stay calm and pleasant under pressure. Able to manage the phones, check patients in/out and provide product or treatment information.
● Professional appearance. You understand the importance of making a good first impression and how it reflects on everything we do.
● Punctual and reliable. You arrive on time and ready to work.
● Flexible, and able to stretch their role when the business demands it
