SomnoMed is the world leader in the development of Oral Sleep Apnea devices. We are looking to fill an open position to support both Accounts Payable and sales analysis duties. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to wear multiple hats and be exposed to a wide range of responsibilities in a growing team oriented culture.

AP Duties:

– Ensure all vendor invoices are recorded in system

– Weekly AP disbursements (all wire, ACH and check disbursements)

– Purchase order creation and tracking

– Annual 1099 and (M, Q & A) sales tax filings

– Other accounting duties as assigned

Financial Analyst Duties:

– Performs excel based analysis

– Sales analysis

– Completes special projects and ad hoc reports

– Daily sales dashboard

Skills/Requirements:

– Business related Associates degree or equivalent experience

– Moderate excel skills

– Critical thinking skills

– Resourceful

– Problem solver

– Positive/Can-do attitude

– Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,257.78 – $103,264.78 per year
