International Enrolment Officer

You should be educated to degree level or relevant work experience with strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel. You should have fluency in written and spoken English and also fluent in second language, preferably Arabic or French. With a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in admissions, marketing, or student recruitment for international or domestic students and a proven track record of commitment to outstanding customer service.
With excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good internal relationships combined with the ability to manage multiple tasks, work to tight deadline and to prioritise workloads effectively whilst delivering high performance.
The International Enrolment Officer (IE Officer) will work as part of the central International Enrolment team based in London, to assist in the smooth, professional, and efficient running of the company’s Admissions and Enrolment operation.
They will provide support and guidance to the recruitment teams by responding in a timely manner to admissions-related enquiries throughout the applicant lifecycle and processing applications for all programmes. The IE Officer will provide support to the IE Manager in ensuring the service level agreements are achieved and projects are delivered to the highest standards. They will help to drive a culture of customer service and to position the IE team as a key partner by constantly cultivating and fostering working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. The IE Officer will ensure that all admissions files are completed and ready for offer-making.
The role holder will play an essential role in maintaining the applicants pipeline regularly up to date by working together with the recruitment teams to progress opportunities across the different application stages, ensuring forward movement and increasing conversion.
They will work collaboratively with other IE Officers to provide support to other areas when needed.
