You are well organised, precise and detail driven. You will combine strong administrative skills with excellent interpersonal skills to deliver a 5* service to students, parents, sponsors, Enrolment team and the Academic Office. You will need to be able to multi task in an international environment whilst upholding standards and meeting tight deadlines. You will have a degree or equivalent level of education combined with several years’ administrative experience. Previous experience in a higher education institution, particularly in Admissions, will be an advantage.
As Admissions Officer, your main areas of responsibility will be:

• Coordinate the Admissions process for GIHE UK (London) – undergraduate, postgraduate, new and transferring students
• Ensure that published admission criteria are respected
• Liaise with internal departments e.g. Finance and Enrolment, to gather all necessary information in order to deliver a smooth student admission process
• Ensure student files are complete and maintain student databases
• Prepare reports for student registration and assist in the planning and delivery of Arrivals Days
• Liaise closely with the Finance team regarding invoicing and payments
• Prepare weekly enrolment and admissions statistics
• Provide regular training and information updates to other colleagues involved in the enrolment and admissions process
