Soma Therapy Hiring for Marketing Executive Assistant Full Time

Who we are:

My name is Jenny Helms-Calvin and I am an energetic, people-loving, enneagram 7 entrepreneur with the ambitious dream of healing trauma and mental health for all of Wichita. I am currently juggling the tasks of marketing, owning, building, and operating Soma Therapy (Wichita’s largest mental health practice) and New Perspectives (another mental health practice) alongside my husband, in addition to managing my own social media following (TikTok 230K+ followers, and YouTube 3.54K subscribers.

Who you are:

Are you a culture-driven, self-starter who loves the challenge of managing multiple tasks, maximizing efficiencies, and all things marketing? Then this role is for you! The marketing director’s primary focus will be on marketing, and the secondary focus will be on supporting executive leadership on various tasks as needed.

Your day-to-day will look like a combination of:

• Overseeing the implementation of multiple marketing campaigns and ensuring tasks are completed on time
• Managing social media on Loomly in an orderly and organized manner across multiple marketing platforms and projects
• Video editing, content creation, & SEO implementation
• Creation and management of Google Ads and other digital Ads
• Creating and editing video (interviewing relevant providers, repurposing previous content, editing videos provided)
• Ordering marketing materials as needed (business cards, etc.)
• Managing marketing for recruitment, clients, CE events, podcasting events, community events, and different requests as needed.
• Creating and coordinating connections with marketing and networking opportunities, (i.e. relevant community leaders, podcasts, etc.)
• Attending community events and dispersal of marketing materials (i.e. booths, drop-offs, etc.)
• Providing daily and/or weekly status s for marketing projects
• Assisting with other tasks as assigned to support the growth and goal of the companies and executives

Qualifications:

• Must have strong basic understanding of (mostly) digital marketing elements and desire and ability to continue developing that knowledge. However, prior experience in a marketing profession is not required (though is a big plus)!
• At least 2 years of previous project coordination or professional administrative experience
• Strong computer and social media app literacy with proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, and social media platforms. Prior experience with Canva, Loomly, and video editing software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

• Wichita, KS: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
