Soma Therapy Hiring for Marketing Content Coordinator at Wichita, KS Full Time

Who we are:

My name is Jenny Helms-Calvin and I am an energetic, people-loving, enneagram 7 entrepreneur with the ambitious dream of healing trauma and mental health for all of Wichita. I am currently juggling the tasks of small business ownership and marketing (with both business and professional accounts).

Who you are:

Are you a self-starter who loves the challenge of managing multiple tasks, maximizing efficiencies, and all things marketing AI and automation? Then this role is for you! The marketing content coordinators’ primary focus will be on repurposing, editing, and scheduling content (lots of it!), and the secondary focus will be on supporting SEO of two websites and various marketing tasks as needed.

I am currently getting these marketing tasks done within about 1.5 days per week, and am looking for someone to take over that workload.

Your day-to-day will look like a combination of:

• Overseeing the implementation of multiple marketing campaigns and ensuring tasks are completed on time
• Managing social media on Loomly in an orderly and organized manner across multiple marketing platforms and projects
• Video editing, content creation, & SEO implementation
• Creation and management of Google Ads and other digital Ads
• Creating and editing video (interviewing relevant providers, repurposing previous content, editing videos provided using AI platforms that enables you to edit content in minutes)
• Ordering marketing materials as needed (business cards, etc.)
• Managing marketing for recruitment, clients, CE events, podcasting events, community events, and different requests as needed.
• Creating and coordinating connections with marketing and networking opportunities, (i.e. relevant community leaders, podcasts, etc.)
• Providing daily and/or weekly status s for marketing projects
• Assisting with other tasks as assigned to support the growth and goals of marketing

Qualifications:

• Must have strong basic understanding of (mostly) digital marketing elements and desire and ability to continue developing that knowledge. However, prior experience in a marketing profession is not required (though is a big plus)!
• At least 1 year of previous project coordination or contract work
• Strong computer and social media app literacy with proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, AI platforms (ChatGPT) and social media platforms. Prior experience with Canva, Loomly, and video editing software is a plus.

Pay: $1,000.00 – $2,000.00 per month
