Solution Recruitment Ltd Looking for Senior Quantity Surveyor at Guildford, Surrey Full Time

FREELANCE SENIOR QS-SOUTH LONDON-TO £450 PER DAY OUTSIDE IR35

One of our clients on the Rail/LU side are looking for an experienced Senior QS for various Station Upgrade schemes that they have in London and the Surrey areas. Based from one of their sites in Guildford you will be responsible for overseeing Commercial aspects of 2 projects at any one time including Sub Contractor Account Management, Cost Reporting, Variations and attending regular Commercial Meetings with the Client and Senior Management.

The ideal candidate will have Rail experience although this is not essential and solid all round Construction/Civil Engineering exposure will also be considered.

Excellent rate and long term contract Outside IR35 is on offer for the right individual.
