Hi All! Hope you are well. I have been given an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major HS2 project in Aylesbury. Packages of works include Heavy Civil Engineering and Utilities and are valued at £3-5m in value. Duties will include Sub Contractor Account Management, Cost Reporting, Variations and Claims.
To be considered you will ideally have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and will have solid experience in the above sectors gained within the Main Contracting environment and utilising NEC Form of Contract which the client are using on this.
Ideally they seek permanent (generous salary on offer) however they will also consider freelance with a top day rate on offer which is Outside IR35. Long term contract on offer also!
