Solution Print / Resto Menu offers a Full-Time position for Data Entry & Customer Service Specialist in a fast-paced, pro-active environment in Montreal.

We’re looking for someone that is technologically comfortable, experienced in navigating multiple programs with speed and precision, and who has a measure of curiosity in learning more about the online ordering.

We’ll provide you with all the tools and resources necessary to your success

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Preparing data feeds for new & existing clients to be added to our platform using information collected from various sources.
• Work in conjunction with developers and graphic department to ensure client data is current and compatible with ongoing projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Superior computer skills: some proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel).
• Very strong internet browser/data manipulation skills (ctrl-c and ctrl-v are in your muscle memory)
• Very strong internet research ability. If you know something, you can prove it online; if you don’t, you can find out. Googling is an action verb.
• Bonus: Knowledge of the online ordering, knowledge of any type of scripting, and basic familiarity with HTML and CSS. If you do not possess these but have a strong drive to learn and further your technical proficiencies, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to do so!
• SEO experience is a plus
• Bilingualism (English and French).
• How to use Social Media for business is a plus
