Solstice Healthcare is looking for an ambitious candidate who has a growth mindset and who takes accountability while displaying excellence to our patients and team members. We are a continually expanding mental health practice serving all of Connecticut with a goal of providing patient-centered care compassionately and with integrity. In this position, you will help maintain office operations and perform a variety of administrative functions. The responsibilities include scheduling, patient and provider relations, and overall workflow.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Calendar, Drive, etc), as well as be able to self-learn new programs and databases. The candidate is meticulous with details, extremely organized, resourceful, follows tasks to completion, and able to work both independently and with others. The ability to see patterns, predict conflicts, and prevent them by evaluating data and improving systems is a must. The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills (including spelling and grammar), possess solid judgment, be proactive, and have the ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and priorities.
Must have equipment to perform the job, including a computer, reliable internet and phone, plus a quiet and private place to work, without distractions or interruptions while working.
Hours are 20-25 hours per week to start. The goal is that the hours will increase to 30-35 hours over the next 6 months. Work time is between 9a-7p EST M-F, and 1-2 hours over the weekend.
