Our global client, a Jewish non-profit with a mission to make a difference in the lives of others locally and internationally, has an immediate need for aDigital Marketing Specialist to join their growing team.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will specialize in email marketing campaigns including strategy, segmentation, and deployment as well as social media marketing campaigns.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will use strategies, analytics, and planning to achieve outreach, engagement, and philanthropy goals and will help establish and build the brand, serving as the voice of the brand in the digital landscape.

You are a creative and strategic thinker that will develop and execute email and social media strategies as part of a cross-functional marketing and communications team .

This is a hybrid (onsite 3 days in Miami Office), temp-to-perm position, 40 hours weekly that can start immediately.

Responsibilities :

• Develops and implements organic social media strategy and email campaign strategy to drive brand engagement and conversions for organization.
• Focus on creating and executing email marketing campaigns and organic social media marketing campaigns.
• Use email segmentation to send curated content to specific audiences.
• Write and create content for campaigns.
• Analyzes campaign data and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify issues and opportunities.
• A / B testing.

Required Qualifications :

• 4+ years of experience developing email marketing campaigns and organic social media marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to develop and plan strategies that aligns with brand goals.
• Experienced with organic social media marketing.
• Knowledge of email marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with email list management tools.
• Skilled in A / B testing.
• Outstanding writing skills and excellent oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and content management systems
• Bachelors degree.
• Familiarity with Jewish culture, values, traditions, and history.
