We are looking for a friendly, energetic Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
Job Responsibilities
-data entry.

· Answer, screen calls, direct and/or take messages for incoming telephone calls quickly and effectively
Requirements
1-2 years of experience as an office assistant.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel.
· Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
— Technologically savvy and willing to quickly learn new software tools
— Proficient in Excel and data analysis
