Job Requirements:

• Account Management for current accounts
• No Travel Necessary
• 5+ years account management required
• Proven track record delivering long term territory growth
• Bachelor’s Degree requested, but not necessary
• Manages a Team of 3-5 people

Job Duties:

• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Bilingual Chinese or Spanish is preferred
• Continuously uses computer software and fluid / comfortable in operating a computer
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepares product or service s by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
• Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
• Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
• Close out or open call records.
• Compile s on overall customer satisfaction.
• Act as the company gatekeeper.
• Friendly and works well with other people

Skills/Qualifications: Customer Service, Computer Knowledge, Chinese or Spanish is preferred, Can do / proactive attitude, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information , Multi-tasking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
