Sollis Health is looking for a temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist that will help drive our talent strategy across multiple states. As a temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will partner with Sollis recruiters and hiring managers to fill open positions.
Specifically, your duties will include:
- Recruits for clinical and non-clinical positions across Sollis Health.
- Sources qualified candidates by applying extensive sourcing, networking, and screening techniques.
- Leverages online recruiting resources and ATS (Greenhouse) to identify and recruit qualified candidates; pre-screens, interviews, and negotiates offers.
- Maintains resume database and candidates for assigned area(s).
- Cultivates relationships with hiring managers to provide quality service and staffing expertise.
- Plans, coordinates, and participates in system-wide recruiting events/initiatives, as necessary.
- Helps to build and execute on Sollis Health’s employer brand and ensures that it is consistent across any job promotions, marketing and advertising as well as in our communications with candidates.
- Makes recommendations on how to process improve both the recruiting and onboarding experience
- Performs related duties as required.
Experience
We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, required
- Must know how to use recruitment sourcing techniques
Compensation
Range: $80,000-$100,000
This is the range of pay for New York City candidates only. Sollis is a multi-state employer and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of New York City. Furthermore, actual pay is dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, location, education, etc.
