Your Responsibilities:

Sollis Health is looking for a forward thinking Recruiter that will help drive our talent attraction strategy for our fast growing teams across New York, California and Florida. As our Recruiter, you’ll partner with hiring managers to understand and anticipate their team’s hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies and promote our employer brand. In this role you have the opportunity to be part of a concierge medical company where medicine meets hospitality.

Specifically, your duties will include:

• Recruits for positions both clinical and non-clinical, across Sollis Health.
• Sources qualified candidates by applying extensive sourcing, networking, and screening techniques.
• Leverages online recruiting resources such as LinkedIn and Indeed, and our ATS (Greenhouse) to identify and recruit qualified candidates; pre-screens, interviews, and offers.
• Maintains resume database and candidates for assigned area(s).
• Cultivates relationships with hiring managers to provide quality service and staffing expertise.
• Plans, coordinates, and participates in system-wide recruiting events/initiatives, as necessary.
• Helps to build and execute on Sollis Health’s employer brand and ensures that it is consistent across any job promotions, marketing and advertising as well as in our communications with candidates.
• Partners with the Recruitment Coordinator to ensure candidates have a high class touch during their pre-hire onboarding experience and that they clear to begin working in a timely manner.
• Championing for our diversity & inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process – including the content of job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and the creation of inclusive interview processes that leads to the hiring of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
• Focusing on the candidate experience to ensure timely communications and feedback are provided to candidates.
• Sharing your excitement about working in a fast-growing and innovative company, enjoying learning about the business and can communicate this to candidates.
• Makes recommendations on how to process and improve both the recruiting and onboarding experience .
• Performs related duties as required.

Experience
We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally we would expect that you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 1-3 years of recruiter experience experience, required
• Must know how to use recruitment sourcing techniques and technology.
• Experience in a growing fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Ability to communicate, interact, influence and negotiate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
