You will be expected to continue to close loans and work your lead sources, however we will be able to provide some leads and warm relationships as well.

Solitude Mortgage is a mortgage brokerage that offers personalized guidance to homebuyers who deserve the best when it comes to home financing. We have several key relationships in place that allow us to generate warm leads and work with industry partners.

Primary Job Functions: Help us grow something amazing! You will have the ability to explode your business by acquiring and retaining new and existing clients. You will use your knowledge of the industry, communication skills and sales insight to help us build relationships and maintain current and future relationships with borrowers, clients and Realtors and other professionals. Looking for an experienced Loan Officer that will help us recruit, train and manage new loan officers. Some office management will also be required.

Position Requires:

• 1+ years of demonstrated success as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)

• Active Utah MLO license through the NMLS

• Driven, motivated, self-starter with history of industry success.

• Success in managing the entire mortgage process, from application to closing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be a sales professional and represent our brand well.

• Ability to help recruit, train and manage other loan officers.

• Incredible work ethic with a positive impact on culture.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
