This position will provide support to Clinical Operations by assisting with data entry into our software systems, patient tracking for pathology results and overall adherence to regulatory standards.

RESULTS MEASURED BY THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understands, promotes and demonstrates the Solis Way
• Track, document and obtain outside biopsy, pathology and breast history;
• Enter medical history and pathology data into excel, PenRad/Magview and RIS;
• Utilize available resources and outside contacts to obtain records;
• Send applicable PenRad/word document letters to physicians, medical facilities and patients;
• Communicate with verbal, electronic and written methods to ensure complete records
• Pathology and Exam Data Quality control;
• Ensure accuracy and completion of medical records;
• Results monitoring and tracking of biopsy and surgical results;
• Ongoing RIS- OnBase utilization to support PenRad/Magview processes;
• Monitor and adhere to MQSA guidelines;
• Adhere to company regulatory compliance requirements;
• Must be adaptable to rapid growth and amendable to team environment;
• Strong ability to decipher and extract relevant data from various sources of documentation: patient s, pathology s, and existing exam data;
• Track necessary data via various verbal and written communication methods;
• Perform other work related duties as assigned.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of experience with Associates Degree or Certified Technologist or 1-2 years with Bachelor’s Degree;
• Strong data input and quality control skills;
• Familiarity of medical terminology (Breast Care and Pathology) is preferred;
• Willingness to learn specific processes and terminology;
• Work independently with minimal supervision;
• Able to work within established guidelines and adhere to direction;
• Extremely organized and detail oriented;
• Ability to effectively prioritize;
• Outstanding customer service skills with high level of professionalism;
• Strong ability to interface with all levels of individuals;
• Ability to sit for long periods of time;
• Ability to use office equipment; scanner, fax, copier and phone
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite applications
