About the Role

As a leader on the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) team, the role will consist of overseeing the System Analyst Support staff, along with delivering high level of customer service for enterprise-wide technology requests from internal customers. Also, to ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded, responsible for ensuring the staff are meeting and exceeding expectations in regard to performance, meeting defined metrics/benchmarks, and that standards and processes are followed to provide effective customer service and meet requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage the helpdesk team and evaluate performance
• Ensure customer service is timely on a daily basis
• Manage and prioritize tickets and requests within the ticketing system
• Develop daily/weekly/monthly reports on helpdesk productivity
• Making recommendations to improve operational efficiency
• Managing escalations and ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Resolving technical issues collaboratively

Skills and Experience Required

• 5+ years’ experience in manager and/or technical support role
• Degree in computer science information technology is preferred
• Strong technical background
• Incredible attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft O365, VMware, Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution, Citrix
• Self-starter with enthusiasm and a drive for excellence in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Someone that enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
