Solid UltraBattery is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Online Chat Representative. If you possess a proactive, flexible, and quick-thinking mindset, and have solid experience with PowerPoint, SharePoint & Adobe, then we want to hear from you.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Solve customer inquiry tickets on Zendesk
• Answer emails, phone calls and chat inquiries
• Provide product troubleshooting and recommendations in tools, small appliances, etc
• Make decisions on returns, refunds and warranty claims
• Identify potential product flaws and raise them to manufacturers
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of customer services

COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Great personality and communication skills
• Excellent professional phone and email etiquette
• Fluent in English, verbally and written
• Customer service experience nice to have
• Able to learn and understand product functionalities and troubleshooting

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
