The role
As our Software Development Manager, you will report into the Head of ICT Delivery and be accountable for leading the development team (in-house and partners) towards delivering a 3-year strategy.
The focus will be to implement processes, principles, and standards to our development, including entry and exit points to improve consistency and quality of delivery. This means that as the development manager you will be involved at various stages of project, elaboration and transition processes working closely with business Product Owners, Project Managers, blended Test Teams, and support functions.
The strategy itself focuses on enhancing our internal development capability focusing on technologies based on Azure and the Optimizely (previously EPiServer) DXP platform using frameworks like Vue.js, .net core and Tailwind to name a few.
