We are growing our Human Capital team and seeking a Recruiter to join our team. This position is located at our Utah headquarters and will focus heavily on phone screening for our outside sales team.

The Role

We’re looking for a high-energy, enthusiastic, and positive Recruiter, in the Utah office. You will be responsible for providing phone screen support to our outside sales teams. This position will also assist in the full cycle recruiting process in various positions across the organization as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conducts phone interviews to assess minimum qualifications and basic communication skills of applicants.
• Meet the set daily and weekly quota for number of phone screens to be processed for the next recruitment stage.
• Input necessary and accurate information in the applicant database in a timely manner.
• Monitor online resume databases and other resources.
• Attends team meetings and calibration sessions with the recruitment specialists.
• Provide assistance to other recruiters as needed.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions, networks with colleges, universities, and other professional organizations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
• Must be comfortable talking with people 8 hours a day over the phone.
• Ability to multi-task and process large volumes of transactions (phone interviews and reports).
• High-energy, enthusiastic, and positive.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and answering phones.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
