We are seeking someone Full Time to become an integral part of our team! Your day will be split up between retail and office work.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and identify customers needs

Explain products and services to customers

Enter and process customers orders

Booking patients in for appointments

Scanning Files

Scans for inventory

Calling patients and insurance companies

Qualifications:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Ability to build a rapport with customers

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

able to work 32 – 40 hours a week

Previous experience in customer service and or office setting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
