From time to time, we require additional resource and support to undertake values-led investigations as part of our People policies and procedures, and this is in the form of additional capacity into the Trust where our internally trained investigators may be capacity limited. This post is to support the Investigation Officer capacity for Solent.
The post holder will be commissioned, as required, to undertake People Investigations, in line with the Trust’s relevant people policies, which will require undertaking a thorough investigation into concerns or allegations, with an analysis of tangible evidence, and the ability to synthesise and coherently present a summary of the findings within an investigation report.
The position will require an understanding of Just Culture and be able to confidently operate with EDI at the forefront of how they approach matters.
You will be provided with an Induction into the Trust’s process for Investigations, and you will be supported by the Commissioning Manager and People Partner.
