Solar Technology Inc Hiring for Marketing Manager at Allentown, PA Full Time

Responsible for assisting in the execution of the company’s marketing strategy in accordance with the brands’ strategic plans. Provide feedback to management as to product performance, customer satisfaction and opportunities in all market segments.

The position will be responsible for business development activities including market competitiveness analysis, new product/market development, and channel strategy. This position will be responsible for brand awareness, developing strategic promotional plans, and general marketing campaigns that increase sales revenue and improve the company’s overall profitability. Must have strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience with a proven track record of leading effective marketing strategies
• SEO/search engine optimization experience, required
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns, materials and tactics
• Familiarity with managing websites
• Prior experience with managing social media accounts and executing social media strategy for a company.
• In-depth knowledge with design programs like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign
• Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills and copywriting experience for ads, blogs and Press Releases
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with existing industry contacts
• Attention to detail when analyzing and ing data metrics
• Strong ability to work independently and have a healthy curiosity to bring new ideas and marketing strategies to the team.
• Ability to work in a fluid environment and multitask.
• Familiar with Mac OS
• Possesses a strong implementation skillset with a process mindset
• Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills related to marketing strategy
• Knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, especially all aspects of online marketing communications, public relations, market research, and data analysis
• Experience developing and managing marketing budgets
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks & projects in a dead-line driven environment
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required, with the ability to build credibility and collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization
• Self-starter who can work independently: displays self-confidence, and enthusiasm with a creative and entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to travel on occasion to visit properties, meet with contacts in each market and drive marketing agendas

Marketing Management:

· Develop and enhance STI’s social media outlets and presence (Facebook, LinkedIn etc.)

· Work with product line VP’s to develop and execute content social media.

· Research industry members’ digital marketing strategies and recommend direction. Maintain customer email databases and product photo files

· Track performance social media engagement

· Support creation and Trade Publication and digital media ads, and other PR related needs.

· Manage existing and build new relationships with digital PR contacts.

· Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Solar Tech and Solar Trak websites to grow and maximize web presence and sales revenue.

· Create/manage product pages.

. Assist with development and results s on Customer Satisfaction surveys.
