Talent Acquisition Associate

Solace Pediatric Healthcare has been a leader in Colorado pediatric therapy since 2005 and is currently serving over 4,000 children. We provide nursing services, speech therapy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy to children at home.

We are seeking expertise in recruitment and sourcing as well as a positive attitude and a desire to help children and families live their best lives by finding the best clinicians and administrative staff possible!

What you’ll be doing:

• Recruiting of Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses
• Posting advertisements on job boards
• Sourcing candidates
• Building and maintaining a candidate pipeline
• Working with Marketing team to maintain recruiting presence
• Interviewing candidates via phone
• Extending, negotiation and closing offers
• Meeting with other departments and leadership to continuously improve the recruitment process

When you’ll be working:

• Office Hours : 8am – 5pm PST

What you need to have:

• Demonstrated success as in-house recruiter, staffing consultant or similar position
• Experience with sourcing low supply, hard-to-find candidates.
• Experience taking candidates from initial contact through offer acceptance
• Passion for what we do
