Overview:

Solace is looking for a Senior HR Partner (based in the UK) to join our Human Resources team! If you are passionate about HR and making an impact in creating a great company culture, this is the right position for you. This role is reporting to the Manager, HR & Talent.

Will be a proactive, engaged individual who is prepared to put their experience to work and help shape HR practices and programs in a fast-paced and growing company. This individual is passionate about coaching and being part of a positive work culture, and is ready to manage a variety of HR responsibilities and programs. . They know that HR is at the heart of a business and understand the confidentiality associated with the role. This person will be excited to take on new challenges at sometimes a tight timeline with a smile and positive attitude.

In This Role, You Will….*

• Support the HR function and leadership teams in delivering and executing employee relations and human resources policies, , programs, and practices
• Advise and coach managers on people related concerns, and provide employee relations guidance, as required
• Partner on HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage inter-company employee transfers, including supporting immigration requirements with the assistance of legal counsel
• Play a critical role in evaluating the effectiveness of HR programs, engaging key business stakeholders in the feedback loop, as required
• Own HR projects as they arise that impact and enhance our culture and improve employee engagement
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team in participating in the hiring process to identify top talent for the region(s)
• Help foster and build a positive employee experience
• Partner with the Manager, HR & Talent in conducting new hire orientation, assisting with successful onboarding for the assigned region(s)
• Promote Solace’s reputation as being an amazing place to work
• Perform additional HR related duties as assigned
• Travel to other global offices on occasion (10-15%)

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Post-secondary degree, diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline and/or equivalent experience
• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, primarily as an HR Partner
• Must have experience working for a global tech organization in growth mode
• Deep expertise in providing guidance and consulting with managers related to talent decisions
• Experience partnering with HR in developing, enhancing, and rolling out global enterprise-wide talent programs
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills and the ability to prioritize business requirements appropriately through a collaborative partnership approach
• Ability to anticipate the people implications of strategic and operating business decisions and plan for the future
• Solid business acumen and analytical abilities, with demonstrated experience leveraging talent data to provide evidence-based people insights
• Excellent consulting and coaching skills, coupled with the ability to influence stakeholders in delivering HR programs and initiatives to meet strategic objectives
• Tenacity to navigate through ambiguity and constant change
• Ability to effectively receive and communicate feedback, and encourage an open, honest and positive team environment
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• People oriented and results driven
• Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships
