Sol Marketing Hiring for Account Executive Job at Austin, TX Full Time

Sol Marketing is seeking a proactive, strategy-minded self-starter that thrives on delivering wins to be our next Account Executive. This position helps our clients understand, articulate, and achieve their business goals while maintaining and growing our relationship with them over time.

This position will require you to:

• Coordinate with our Project Manager and various members of the team in order to manage clients and their projects from start to completion

• Oversee the development of a variety of marketing deliverables with our in-house creative team to ensure delivery on-time, on-budget, and on-scope

• Understand our clients’ businesses and provide strategic recommendations for growth
• Grow client accounts, and help foster the love/love relationships we build with our clients

• Act as the single point of contact for client communication

The ideal candidate will have:

• A healthy obsession for crushing goals and meeting deadlines
• An influential, energized leadership style that will keep themselves and others motivated and accountable

• Strategic and proactive problem-solving skills

• A hands-on, restless desire to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, and on-scope

• 1-2 years of proven experience working directly with clients in a marketing or advertising agency environment and considers themselves a marketing expert with experience in content marketing and digital marketing
