We are looking to expand our human capital to extend our educational services to support international students who need expert advice to choose the right educational institution or right plan to pursue their dreams in Australia.

This role requires a candidate with following skillset:

• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills in English with a customer service focus.

• Must be bilingual and speak at least one of these languages – Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, Punjabi, Nepali.

• Fast and accurate typing skills, with Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong work ethic and keen interest to learn

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task

• Previous experience as a counselor or similar role is highly favorable, but not essential. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Provide high quality professional counselling services to international students and identify solutions to fit their needs

• Advise students on suitable study pathways

• Provide high quality telephone and email services

• Generate sales conversions with potential new students

• To complete administrative work related to student visa process
