Soho House & Co Hiring for People and Talent Coordinator – Mayfair and South West London ( Site Based) Job at London, England Full Time

This position will report directly to the People Manager within the central region and support multiple locations. You will be responsible for the core processes for the employment life cycle from hiring people into the company, to confirming final payments and conducting exit interviews. The People and Talent Coordinator will work closely with senior management on site and will be field based within our Houses.

Key responsibilities include:

Compliance and data

• Using our HR System (Fourth), upload and onboard new starters ensuring data validation and accuracy
• Secondary review of right to work documentation and compliance, escalating any issues with documentation
• Conduct monthly audit checks for expiring visas and documents, along with government checks to confirm working status

Recruitment and Talent

• Work with General Managers to review budget hours for peak periods and ongoing staffing levels
• Pipeline talent benches using our new recruitment system Greenhouse and Linkedin accounts
• Stakeholder management with People Managers, Recruitment team, Head of Operations and General Managers
• Review and own the internal movement process for employees requesting to transfer from sites, or stepping into a new role.
• This also includes mapping any internal development requirements with the Diversity, Learning and Inclusion teams.

HR Tasks and Duties

• Support all administration including contracts, onboarding, letters, updating HR system, references, payroll processing, exit interviews

• Benefits and perks; ensure employees have available access to this information
• Organising and coordinating the anniversary benefits for 5,10,15 years
• Rewards and recognition tracking for departments and teams
• Maintaining and managing the House Hero initiatives between regions

Essentials

• A passion for People and career in HR
• Administration experience
• Strong IT and numeracy skills with experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Ability to switch between a variety of tasks
• Efficient and proactive along with high attention to detail
• Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-p
