Role Description

As a Software Engineer Intern, you will contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of scalable software solutions. Your responsibilities will include coding, debugging, and collaborating with senior engineers to build back-end systems and applications. This is a hybrid internship based in Vancouver, BC, offering the flexibility of some remote work alongside in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• Knowledge or coursework in Computer Science, with a strong foundation in software engineering principles.
• Skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, including experience or familiarity with popular frameworks and languages.
• Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on technical solutions.
• Ability to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently on assigned tasks.
• Interest in learning and growing in the field of software engineering, with particular enthusiasm for innovative technologies like AI and interactive platforms.
• Enrollment in a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related degree program (preferred).
