Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and frontend features across the platform, contributing to the systems that power our AI agents and user experiences
- Take well-scoped projects from design to production, partnering with senior engineers on architecture decisions and code review along the way
- Translate product requirements into clean, maintainable code, asking the right questions when things are ambiguous
Qualifications
Required
- Recent grad with a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong communicator who can walk teammates through technical decisions and ask for help clearly when stuck
- Solid grounding in data structures, algorithms, and the fundamentals of building software that runs in production
Preferred
- Internship or project experience as a software engineer at a tech or AI-focused organization
- Demonstrated ability to ship working code in fast-moving environments where requirements and priorities evolve regularly
- Hands-on skills in Python, TypeScript, or a similar modern language, exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or GCP, and familiarity with SQL-based data systems
