Your responsibilities:
Drive headcount and cost budgeting, rolling forecasts for the HR profit centers in Germany using SAP (and corresponding upload file), our Management Information System (MIS) and Workday HR information system.
Regular personnel cost and headcount variance analysis of actuals against forecast & budget using SAP and the MIS web P&L dashboard across all global HR units & management of our annual HR IT Budget
Take ownership of monthly HR reports, analysis, and recommend action for all HR profit centers globally
Control of global HR costs (e.g., headhunter costs) and Intercompany Charges
Review and approve purchase requests via our Global Purchasing System and Invoice tracker
Support the monthly closing process with financial and accounting activities (e.g., collection & evaluation of relevant information’s to advise the bookings on accruals for outstanding invoices)
Implementation and optimization of new and existing processes in HR Controlling
Creating overviews & templates that support decision making using relevant data for forecast and budget
Point of contact for HR management team & Headquarter Controlling concerning budget and forecast related matters
Qualifications/Experience – What we need from you:
Excellent Degree Qualification and Academic Record
completed degree (Master or Diploma), ideally with focus on Accounting, Finance/Controlling or related discipline or comparable qualifications
Minimum 4 years working experience in auditing, accounting, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), commercial or controlling in an international company & working experience with SAP FI/CO module and knowledge of MIS Infor Office Plus is a plus
Excellent knowledge of excel (including Pivot Tables, look up formulas, etc.), Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret companies’ financial data
Analytical and flexible, able to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to deal confidently with colleagues and departments in an international team
Strong team player, able to form effective working relationships
Very structured and proactive person
Proficiency in English (and German is a plus) spoken and written
