Support Specialist Duties and Responsibilities

• We are hiring a Customer Onboarding Specialist to help set up our valued customers for immediate success through a clearly defined implementation process.
• As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will educate new customers, help solve technical problems, and ensure the smooth adoption of our products. Throughout our customer lifecycles, we prioritize delivering a fantastic customer experience, and onboarding is the first step of that process.

Support Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Computer proficiency, experience with Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive team player with the ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Someone who’s detail-oriented and has a high sense of urgency
• An ideal candidate is self-directed and sets a high bar for themselves and their work
• 1+ year investing or trading in with the stock market

The right candidate possesses strong strategic thinking skills, a passion or deep interest in the stock market, experience in trading options, and is great with time management and organization.

Having experience in in an investment related industry (wealth management, asset management, equity research, Investment banking, etc)

OR experience in customer service roles BUT ALSO trades stocks/options on the side

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Las Vegas, NV 89101: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer support: 2 years (Required)
• Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 2 years (Required)
• Trading / Investing: 1 year (Required)
