IT Field Engineer

This is a very exciting opportunity to join a special business that works with schools across the South. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Field Engineer to join our already successful Technical team to deliver outstanding technical support for schools.

Our team is excellent but we always want to improve. You’ll be enthusiastic with a positive attitude; dedicated and willing to work hard, sometimes under high pressure. Your responsibilities will include managing your own customers to ensure they are resolved and delivered within our SLA.

The successful candidate should:

• Knowledge of MS products

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Great organisational skills

• Confident communication skills

• Ability to work alone as well as part of a team

• Experience in ticketing system

• Have previous technical support experience in schools
