About the role:
As our Talent & Culture Co-Ordinator you will be a key member of our busy Talent & Culture Department. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Recruitment and selection of line level ambassadors
Injury management and Workers compensation – RTW Coordinator
Work Health and Safety – Committee Representative
Handling ambassador grievances
Ambassador onboarding
Reporting and statistics
Employee relations
General administration
Implementation of the HR strategy and initiatives
To be successful in this sought after role, you will demonstrate the ability to excel within a luxury brand. You will also bring with you excellent presentation and communication skills, perfection for the smallest of details, minimum 1 year human resources experience and above all else, pride yourself on ability to build relationships epitomising French elegance, style and sophistication. A Human Resources degree would be advantageous, along with hospitality experience and an accreditation as a Return to Work Co-Ordinator
