We currently have a number of opportunities to join a brand new recruitment team as a Recruitment Coordinator. This is a busy role, where you will have the opportunity to support large recruitment drives, social media campaigns and attraction strategies. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the service is delivered to the highest standard. We are looking for someone who is focused, organised, flexible and adaptable, who has a passion for recruitment and customer service! Does this sound like you?

This role will be Monday – Friday and you will primarily work from home, having regular contact with the wider team virtually. You will occasionally be required to travel to our Salford office for team meetings.

Role Responsibility

• Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the Resourcing function including; Writing adverts, CV screening, arranging interviews and preparing offer paperwork
• Provide a helpful, highly responsive and customer friendly service to all customers
• Provide Resourcing support to internal customers with recruitment process queries, provision of selection tools and technical questions surrounding the Resourcing system
• Build a pipeline of candidates for the main job families, utilizing the CRM system
• Work to deliver against KPIs of time to hire and agency spend
• Work with Recruitment Team Lead and Recruitment Manager to deliver effective recruitment campaigns
• Be a true ambassador by promoting Sodexo’s social media presence, through activity and engagement managers use of these tools

The Ideal Candidate

• Ability to demonstrate some experience of the end-to-end Resourcing process
• Committed to provide a helpful, friendly, responsive service
• Well-organised, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Some understanding of attraction strategies and social tools used to drive campaigns
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
