We’re looking for a Human Resources Administrator to support our HR Services team. This is a permanent full time role working Monday to Friday in our Perth Support Centre based in Balcatta.
As the HR Administrator you will play a vital role in supporting the business in various aspects of HR including Recruitment and Generalist HR. Reporting to the HR Shared Services Supervisor, you will be supporting the business in a varied role including contract generation, visa management, management of external training bookings, stakeholder management, assisting with mobilisations and demobilisations of client contracts and policy interpretation. You will also be assisting the business’ operational HR teams in providing first level advisory support to your stakeholder groups. You must have an excellent eye for detail as accuracy is vital for this role.
