Sodexo Hiring for Admin & Finance Associate Job at Melbourne Full Time

This position has been created to assist and support the Account team with managing, tracking and reporting of supplier costs & invoices.

The role will assist the Finance Business Partner and the site operations managers with maintaining invoice & PO trackers, updating invoicing tools and reconciling variances between the Site Trackers, AP data and Workorder information in the Facilities Management System.

Additionally, the role will work with Accounts Teams & Site Managers to audit supplier invoices and resolve or escalate any invoice processing issues.

• Accounting diploma or degree
• Prior experience working in an entry level finance role
• Intermediate Excel & Microsoft Office Skills
