Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative- Insurance Services

Soderholm Insurance Services- Alexandria, Minnesota (Remote work optional based on location)

Responsible for building and maintaining commercial customer relations within the office. The focus of this job is producing high quality, detailed work based on the guidelines and procedures set by Soderholm Insurance Services. and the companies we represent. Duties include but not limited to: renewal processing and documentation, billing, financing, coverage questions, endorsements, audit assistance, certificates etc. This position has a strong involvement in executing a variety of service and sales tasks that are key to assisting the team.

Work environment includes in office duties and the option for working remotely.

To qualify for this position, the candidate must have a background in Commercial Insurance. P&C license obtained. Ideal candidate will have attention to details, computer technical skills, the ability to multitask and strong verbal and written communication skills. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
