Sockeye Business Solutions Hiring for ERP Support Associate Job at Remote Full Time

Currently, Sockeye Business Solutions is seeking an ERP Support Associate for a 100% Remote role. In this position, you will be supporting our clients across multiple industries by providing technical guidance and hands-on assistance. This candidate will be expected to communicate effectively, openly, and in a timely manner with team members, management, and clients.

Schedule: 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM AKDT

Essential Functions:

• Manage our support queue and ticketing system
• Troubleshoot client issues
• Provide solutions directly to clients on the Sage Intacct platform.
• Conduct training for customer end-users at all levels of the customers organization and relate system functionality to customer business requirement
• Analyze complex business processes and interpret customer requirements into deliverable solutions (i.e. Cost Allocations, Union Payrolls, equity distributions, consolidations, etc.) (desirable)
• Perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements
• Understand how to follow U.S. GAAP while being compliant with both SEC and FASB guidelines (desirable)
• Design and build light customizations utilizing Platform Services (i.e. Smart Rules & Smart Events) (desirable)
• Effectively document customer business requirements into configurable software solutions and business management processes utilizing Sockeye’s best practices
• Monitor and respond to customer technical issues
• Ability to easily identify outliers in reviewing financial data (desirable)

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
• Familiarity with using the API tool/ SQL for uploading large data sets
• Sage Intacct Implementation certification preferred
• Knowledge of Sage Intacct is a plus
