SocialMadeSimple Hiring for Digital Marketing Specialist at Remote Full Time

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who excels at achieving results through all aspects of paid social media advertising. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining strategic ad campaigns for a wide range of clients. This includes the ad creative, ad targeting, ad bidding, platform optimization, and much more. Our clients range from local medical offices, national e-commerce brands, to international franchise brands.

The salary range for this role is $60,000-$65,000/yr

What You’ll Do At SocialMadeSimple

• Craft results-focused advertising creative that includes ad copy, imagery, calls-to-action, and more
• Work with paid media and other channel leads/discipline experts to launch and consistently optimize campaigns based on goals, performance and relevant content
• Implement appropriate ad targeting for all customer accounts
• Master our in-house platform to monitor and manage all active ad campaigns
• Consult with internal teams regarding advertising best practices and client needs
• Experiment with new advertising features as they’re introduced to the marketplace
• Utilization of data to provide actionable insights to the entire team

We Are Looking For People Who

• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience setting up and managing paid Facebook advertising
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Facebook Business Manager, A/B testing, custom audiences, lead generation, the conversion funnel, and data management
• Prior experience in an agency or digital marketing environment highly preferred
• Ability to understand technology and the role automation plays in the workplace
• An ability to work collaboratively to solve problems
• BA or BS degree in Communications, Business or Marketing related major
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
