Polymath is the leading tokenization infrastructure company for regulated securities and real-world assets (RWAs). Our Polymath Capital Platform helps entrepreneurs and asset owners raise capital by tokenizing their assets on our purpose-built layer-1 blockchain, Polymesh. Since our founding in 2017, we’ve helped hundreds of clients across real estate, private equity, commodities, fine art and more raise capital quickly and efficiently using our all-in-one platform.   

Polymath is seeking a Social Media Marketing Associate to support the execution and coordination of its global social media presence across Polymath and Polymesh platforms. 

This role is responsible for day-to-day content execution, platform management, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring that all social media activity is aligned with Company priorities across public relations, investor relations, sales, and marketing initiatives. 

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a consistent content cadence while operating within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities  

• Own social channels: Manage and execute all activity across Discord, X, LinkedIn, and Instagram with a consistent posting cadence 
• Content execution: Turn internal initiatives (product updates, PR, IR, events, thought leadership) into clear, engaging social content 
• Maintain content calendar: Build and manage a rolling 2–4 week plan to ensure steady, proactive output  
• Drive cross-functional alignment: Act as the central connector across PR, IR, sales, and marketing to ensure all initiatives are reflected in social 
• Community engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and Discord activity in a timely, brand-aligned manner  
• Ensure brand consistency: Apply Polymath’s voice and platform-specific tone across all content  
• Track and optimize performance: Monitor engagement and growth metrics and continuously improve content effectiveness 

Requirements  

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or communications 
• Hands-on experience managing multi-channel social platforms (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Discord) 
• Proven ability to execute content calendars and maintain consistent posting cadence 
• Experience translating business or marketing initiatives into clear, audience-friendly content 
• Exposure to cross-functional collaboration (marketing, PR, events, or sales teams) 
• Basic familiarity with analytics and performance tracking (engagement, growth, content performance) 
• Bonus: experience in fintech, blockchain, or B2B marketing environments
