We are an exciting, fast-growing sports app based in central Hull, and we’re looking for a creative, energetic Social Media & Content Executive to help us build our brand, grow our online audience, and push our content to the next level.
Our platform started in horse racing and has already experienced rapid growth. We are now expanding into football, with NFL, NBA and other major American sports soon to be added to our offering. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fun, ambitious sports betting brand at an early stage and play a key role in shaping how we look, sound and grow online.
We are looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands what catches attention on Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook and other platforms, and has the confidence to bring fresh ideas to the table. A love of sport would be a huge bonus, especially horse racing, football, NFL, NBA or sports betting culture.
You don’t need to be the finished article. Full training will be given. What matters most is creativity, energy, good instincts, and the desire to help us grow.
The Role
This role is all about helping us establish the brand, generate content ideas, and build a strong online presence across social media.
You’ll work closely with the team to create engaging content, spot trends, develop ideas for posts and videos, and help us communicate why our app is different. You’ll also use AI tools to help create content, graphics, scripts, captions, video ideas and marketing assets, with full training provided.
Some duties may also include filming simple content on an iPhone, such as short-form videos, staff clips, reactions, behind-the-scenes footage and Instagram/TikTok reels.
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who wants to be part of something growing quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Creating and developing content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook and other social media channels
- Helping grow the brand’s online presence and community
- Using AI tools to create content, visuals, captions, scripts and marketing ideas
- Researching sports trends, betting trends, viral formats and social media hooks
- Helping plan and schedule daily social media content
- Filming short-form content on an iPhone when needed
- Capturing behind-the-scenes office content and staff-led reels
- Writing engaging captions, hooks and post ideas
- Helping create content around horse racing, football, NFL, NBA and other sports
- Monitoring what is working online and suggesting ways to improve reach and engagement
- Bringing fresh, creative ideas to the team
- Helping shape the tone, personality and identity of the brand
- Supporting wider marketing campaigns as the app expands into new markets
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Creative, energetic and full of ideas
- Confident using social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok
- Interested in sport, sports content, betting culture or online communities
- Comfortable learning new AI tools and content creation platforms
- Able to spot trends and understand what makes people stop scrolling
- Confident filming simple content on a phone
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Organised, reliable and proactive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambitious environment
- Excited by the idea of helping build a brand from the inside
Experience in social media, content creation, marketing, sports media, videography, betting, horse racing, football or American sports would be a bonus, but it is not essential.

We are a fun, ambitious sports app with huge plans.
We started in the horse racing space and have already built strong early momentum. We are now expanding into football and preparing to launch into major American sports including NFL, NBA and more.
The business is growing quickly, and we are looking for someone who can come in, bring energy, generate ideas, and help us make noise online.

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
