A new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated financial professional to join our fast-paced finance team as a Finance Officer, based in our Head Offices in London.
About the role:
The Finance Officer will be collectively responsible for carrying out the day to day functions of the Finance team for all procurement and payment of suppliers; as well as overseeing the full purchasing process, ensuring continuous service, quality improvement and achievement of agreed financial outcome. Working part of a wider team, the successful candidate will ensure all invoices, payments and receipts are processed in a timely manner and in line with policies and procedures.
Main duties of the role include providing a range of practical and technical financial services, including accounts payable and receivable administration, budget management, expenses, invoicing, and housing rents. You will also take ownership of calculating, reconciling, investigating, and resolving any discrepancies in areas of work assigned and provide support to the Finance Manager on other areas where required.
