Looking for an upbeat medical receptionist to work full time at a medical and cosmetic and surgical dermatology office. Must be a professional self-starter, possess leadership skills, communication and customer service skills, great listener, and multi-tasking abilities.

Medical Receptionist duties include but are not limited to:

• Greeting all patients in a professional and courteous manner
• Using great customer service while answering telephone calls, and texting patients.
• General office duties include checking patients in or out, scanning, faxing, emailing, uploading documents
• Serving as a point of contact for patients, referring physicians, and pharmaceutical reps
• Scheduling patient appointments for medical, aesthetic, and cosmetology appointments.
• Obtaining and entering information needed to register patients
• Collecting copays, deductibles and balances
• Posting payments
• End of day balancing
• Verifying insurance
• Managing incoming and outgoing referrals
• Guiding patients into the office, and maintaining patient waiting areas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
